I've just received my coffee and wanted to thank you for making the adjustment to the UPS charge. It was a small amount of money but was obviously an issue with me. I truly appreciate your kindness and can't tell you how surprised I was to see the adjustment. I am so singing your praises!

The coffee smells INCREDIBLE! I'm so excited! I can't wait to get home and share it with my neighbors! I don't think it's prudent to say you'll have many more customers because everyone will want this coffee once they taste it and I'm not sharing too much. You've definately won my business, I just suspect my orders will be much larger now with everyone ordering.
